1) Corn piesWonderful
Cutlet
* Fresh soft corn 8-10, * Potatoes 4 boiled,
* Bread Crumbs 4,
* Green chilli,
* green coriander,
* Ginger, salt,
* Red chilly,
Mango flavor,
* Turmeric a little bit,
* 400 grams for frying oil. * Corn Floor (arrowroot, gram flour one of the three)

Method:
Wash the corn and then grind them in a mixer. Place it on a plate, then peel and mash the potatoes and add to them. Mash the bread too and mix it well. Now add all the spices. Also, add chopped coriander, green chillies, ginger, then mix. Now make their shells or peduncles. Make the solution thick by adding water to one of the three substances mentioned above in the second plate. Add salt and pepper to it as well.
On the other hand heat the oil by placing a pan. Dip the balls or cakes in the solution and fry them. Keep it on a slow fire when it turns pinkish red. Garnish on plates when it is slightly cold. 2) Peppery corn cake
material :
* 2 cups boiled corn kernels, 1/4 cup rice flour, *
* 1/4 cup gram flour,
4 finely chopped green chillies, * 1 tsp chaat masala,
* Enough oil for frying
Bake till the cake is crisp from both sides or fry the cake on a low flame till it turns brown by heating the oil in the pan.
Serve hot corn cake in a plate with sauce, green chutney and sweet chutney. Add cumin and finely chopped onions on top and serve.Salt as per taste.
Spicy spices
3)Tandoori Cabbage
material:
* A cauliflower,
* Curd (big half bowl),
* 1 spoon ginger,
* Garlic,
* Prepared paste of green chillies,
* 1 teaspoon roasted gram flour,
Pav spoon celery,
Pav spoon garam masala, a little kasuri methi,
One teaspoon red chilli powder and half teaspoon turmeric, salt as per taste, half teaspoon chaat masala, *
* One lemon and coriander.
Method:
First clean the cauliflower and cut it into pieces. Now mix all the spice ingredients. Add chopped cauliflower to this mixture. Now keep it in the fridge for half an hour to marinate. Then remove it from the refrigerator and keep it out for a while.
Now grill the marinated cauliflower. At the time of serving, enjoy chaat masala and green coriander burka, squeeze lemon and spicy masala tandoori cabbage.
